Ⓘ Do you repair badges?

SMITH & WARREN BADGES: Our American-made, die-struck duty badges are supplied by Smith & Warren. They have the strongest warranty in the industry. If you purchased your S&W badge through Houston Badge Co., we can facilitate getting a repair authorized. If you purchased it from another dealer, I believe S&W will require you to go back through that dealer if they are still in business.

To get a repair authorization, we will need clear pictures of your badge from several angles (front, back, & a side view, if possible). Please email the pictures to: marilyn@houstonbadge.com. Include your contact information, the name of the purchaser, and a brief description of the repair needed.

HOUSTON BADGE CUSTOM MADE BADGES: Yes, please supply the pictures and the other information requested above to: gary@houstonbadge.com.

ALL OTHER BADGES: Supply the pictures and other information requested in bold type above, and email to: gary@houstonbadge.com and I will try to help you determine if your badge is repairable and whether it is a repair that we can help you with. If there is a hallmark or maker’s mark on the back, please be sure that it is readable in the pictures or tell me in your email what it appears to say.
