Shipping & Returns

Most our designs are unique and made to your specifications. Therefore, our production time is about one month. All orders are shipped after final inspection.

Payment is required at time of order, and orders will not be shipped until order is paid for in full.

Rush orders are accommodated whenever possible.

Orders will be acknowledged by email. Our acknowledgement email will include a preliminary invoice so you may check the details of your order prior to production. Please check the details of your order carefully, including your preferred shipping address.

International shipping can often be arranged. Correspond with us by email for specific requirements and costs for your order’s destination.

WARRANTY: We guarantee everything we make to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it unaltered and with a copy of your invoice within 60 days and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Merchandise without receipts (gifts) or purchases older than 60 days will be repaired or replaced if defective.This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. This warranty covers all merchandise produced by Houston Badge Co.
